The path you indicated me has exactly the same effect as using the low key volume from the home screen.Once the volume is at 0, the keypad will not sound anymore but neither will the phone when being shut down or turned on.Not a big issue in itself but it illustrate quite well the lack of logic. Please, someone let me know if you have any tips, advice or comments!!.

After a week I already had lots of issues.(Check my original post from 2009-06-22 21:31) Unfortunately, the situation has not improved despite my attempts to get some feedback from Samsung.I have been writing to their customer support a few times, talking for 30 minutes to a useless customer care representative, I have had enough of this crap, I am changing asap for Sony Ericsson or any other brand!! To reply to the entry from 2009-07-31 10:13, the issue with the keypad sounds is not solved by lowering the volume to 0 as this will also mute the sounds you´re supposed to get when turning on and off the device.One of those very annoying details.Just like the 'tilt' function to go through your pics.Are they so stupid at Samsung not to realise that this is more irritating than anything. I really hope that one day, the developers at Samsung will use a bit of common sense to make their mobiles more user friendly.

They are quite good looking but the functionality is just so irritating!! Designing things in a logical way won´t cost more either.But for the moment it does not seem like they are interrested by the input of their customers. Rating 0.
